Madden 25 Cover Features Adrian Peterson For Next-Gen

There's a new cover man for a new generation of Madden.
There's a new cover man for a new generation of Madden.

Barry Sanders may have won the Madden 25 cover vote for the current generation of titles, but it’s Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson that will be featured on the cover of the next-generation version of the game on Xbox One and PS4.

The announcement of Adrian Peterson as the cover athlete for the PS4 and Xbox One came during EA’s E3 presser, where for nearly an hour the company discussed upcoming titles for future game systems. A different cover for next-gen Madden is a logical strategy for EA, as it will allow them to greater differentiate the titles, and encourage early console adopters to get games on both systems.

The cover art for both PS4 and Xbox One versions of Madden NFL 25 can be seen down below. The game will also include a few exclusive features that will not be available on current consoles, which we will be discussing more on the site in the coming days, so stay tuned.
